Terms of Service

Please note the following terms are strictly for private commissions created for personal use only. For commissions to be used commercially, please contact me for discussions.

GENERAL

  • Prices are subject to change based on complexity and demand, these will of course be discussed with yourself before any work begins.

  • I do not do NSFW work of any kind.

  • I reserve the right to reject/cancel orders at anytime for any reason.

PAYMENT

  • The only currencies accepted are British GBP or American USD (preferably British GBP to avoid any confusions) and should be paid through PayPal.

  • Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or 50% upfront and the other 50% paid upon completion.

PROCESS & REVISIONS

  • The completion time of your commission varies between 1-2 weeks depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the piece and/or other commissions I may have lined up during at that time.

  • Any small/quick changes/revisions will be free.

  • Any large changes/revisions will be charged on an hourly basis:

    • If these revisions are due to a change of mind on your part

    • However if the revisions are due to a mistake on my end, then it will be free.

COPYRIGHT & USAGE

For the Artist (Me):

  • I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork itself.

  • I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork, meaning your characters and other IP of your creation all solely belong to you.

  • I will NOT profit further from any commission work that features your intellectual property (IP) unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.

  • I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork for portfolio or art book purposes.

For the Customer (You):

  • You have the right to upload the work on any site or social channel you choose.

  • You are NOT allowed to claim the artwork as you own.

  • You are NOT allowed to recreate/trace the artworks and then claim it as your own design.

  • You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my consent first.

  • You retain the rights to the Intellectual property (IP) if they have been created by you and already belong to you.

  • If you request artwork involving an existing character(s) that do not belong to you, you may only use these for personal means e.g. posting online as fan art for others to see, creating a personal print for your own use etc. 

  • You may NOT make any profit from the commissioned pieces by reselling, redistributing them, making prints/ merchandise or anything resulting in making money from my artwork, as this is only for personal commissions. If you wished to request a commission for commercial reasons, this can be discussed with myself.

  • You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes as these terms are for personal commissions, unless this has been discussed and agreed with me prior to commencing on the artwork. If you do wish to use the work for commercial purposes after it has already been done, please discuss with myself.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

  • Refunds are allowed only if I have not started the commission work yet.

  • If work on a commission has already begun, and you wish to cancel the work and get a refund, you can be given a PARTIAL refund depending on how much work I have done.

  • If you are viable for a refund, please do not request a PayPal chargeback unless advised otherwise, I will refund the money back to you myself.

  • If you request a PayPal chargeback without my knowledge and/or when you are not viable for a refund, you will lose all rights to the commissioned work and will not receive your money back as PayPal will get proof of communications between us as evidence. Furthermore you will be blacklisted from future commission work.

WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE

  • Initial sketches for your approval to go further.

  • Work In Progress reports along the way, so you will know how it is coming along and if things are looking as you wanted them.

  • Upon Completion: A full resolution image of everything including any other sizes you’ve stated beforehand, usually in PNG format.
